    Alstroemeria are long-lasting flowers with spotted petals in various colors, symbolizing friendship and devotion.

    Chrysanthemums are full, round flowers with layered petals in various colors, symbolizing longevity, joy, and optimism.

    Lace flowers, also known as Queen Anne's Lace, are delicate clusters of tiny white flowers forming flat, lacy umbels, symbolizing complexity and delicacy.

    Greenery refers to various leafy plants or foliage used in floral arrangements, adding texture and freshness while symbolizing growth and harmony.

Flower Care Instructions

  • Trim the stems
    To keep your flowers hydrated, trim the stems at a 45-degree angle, cutting ¾ to 1 inch off the bottom. Do this every 2-3 days so the stems can take in more water, keeping your flowers fresh and vibrant.
  • Use clean water and change regulary
    Dirty water can cause bacteria to grow, shortening the life of your flowers. Refresh with room temperature water and clean your vase every 2-3 days before refilling.
  • Add flower food
    Adding flower food to the water helps prolong freshness by providing the necessary nutrients​. You can also make your own with a mixture of water, sugar, and a touch of bleach.
  • Temperature control
    Keep your flowers in a cool, stable environment, away from drafts, heating or cooling vents, direct sunlight, and sudden temperature changes. Flowers thrive in cooler temperatures (18-22°C) and avoiding heat sources or fluctuating conditions will help them stay fresh longer.
  • Remove wilting flowers and foliage
    Gently remove any dying or wilting flowers to keep your bouquet fresh . This helps prevent bacteria and mold from spreading.Also remove any leaves that sit in the water, as they can decay and contaminate the water​.
  • Avoid Fruit
    Keep your flowers away from fruit, as ethylene gas released by ripening fruit or decaying plant matter, accelerates the aging of flowers.
  • Mist the petals
    Light misting the petals and leaves can help keep them hydrated in drier environments

    Birthday Flowers for my Mum

    First off, the bunch turned out to be even more beautiful than the picture! It was a wonderful experience sending these to my mom in South Africa for her birthday. I ordered them sitting in the US, and they were ready for delivery within hours. I left a note on my order to call my mom before delivery - since my mom had a lunch appointment for her birthday and wasn't sure what time they will be delivered (same- day delivery). When Bloomable called her, she was close by the actual store and picked it up herself. Without even asking, Bloomable sent me a free delivery code for my next order.
