Bloomable Rewards is free to join for all registered Bloomable customers (B2C and standard corporate accounts only) and allows members to earn points on the subtotal of qualifying purchases (excluding delivery fees) as well as approved actions including reviews, referrals, and engagement activities. Points can be redeemed on eligible orders at a value of 100 points = R1 and are not exchangeable for cash, with no minimum or maximum redemption threshold. Points expire after 18 months of inactivity and any issued reward coupons expire after 365 days; points are forfeited upon account closure. Points earned on cancelled or refunded orders may be removed, and welcome bonuses, review rewards, and referral incentives are limited per customer, subject to verification, with referral rewards only applying once a referred customer completes a qualifying first purchase. Loyalty tiers and benefits are determined by lifetime spend and may change over time. Member data is used for Bloomable marketing purposes only and is not sold to third parties. Bloomable reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw points, earning rates, and programme benefits at its discretion, and may terminate the programme entirely with 30 days' notice. Abuse, duplicate accounts, or fraudulent activity will result in removal from the programme and forfeiture of all rewards. This programme is governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
