First time using Bloomable but definitely won't be the last. Amazing service, even accommodating a last minute change to the message.
Hi there!
It was our absolute pleasure to assist you!
We are so happy we were able to give you such a wonderful experience and look forward to making more memorable moments with you 🌷
I ordered these flowers (without vase) for my mom recovering from surgery. She absolutely loved them! Even though the flowers couldn’t be delivered on the day I initially wanted them to be, Nastassja immediately notified me via email and explained they would be able to get fresh flowers the next day to my mom.I really appreciated the quick communication, and when the flowers were delivered my mom received another apology - such delicate care was taken to make it known that they wanted to get the flowers to my mom asap. Thank you for such great service. It’s my second time ordering from Bloomable from London. I really can trust they will go the extra mile!
Hi there!
Thank you so much for your heartfelt feedback! We are genuinely touched to know that your mom loved the flowers. Nastassja and our team are thrilled to have been a part of brightening your mom's recovery.

My flowers were supposed to be delivered 8/1 but were delivered a day before, on 7/1. The timing was important for the delivery and I wasn't notified this was going to happen.
My nephew sent me a photo of my sister with the flowersand they were really beautiful. I live in the UK and like to send flowers to my sister every now and then. I was supposed to visit SA in Feb, but have had to cancel, due to the Corona virus, for the third time, so the flowers are a way of keeping in touch. Thank so much for the beautiful flowers you deliver.
It was simply so easy and a pleasure to use. Our friend told us that her flowers were beautiful.
The flowers were such a big and beautiful bunch, they really made my sister's day! Also, I had accidentally entered the incorrect address but quickly contacted them to change it and it was done in 20 minutes. Thank you Bloomable for your excellent service!
