The flowers were gorgeous; however, I paid extra for a specific card to accompany them. Unfortunately, a generic "Happy Birthday" card was included instead, which was not what I had selected and was not appropriate for the occasion.
Hi Jade, I am so sorry that the incorrect card was included with your order, especially as you had specifically selected and paid for a different card. I understand how important these details are and have reached out to you via email to address this matter and find a suitable resolution.
Exact flowers as described.
Thank you my daughter loved her beautiful flowers
Hi Cheryl!
I am so happy your daughter enjoyed her flowers and that they could be part of a special moment for her. I truly appreciate you taking the time to share this with us.
My friend kept saying what a beautiful bunch
Of flowers they were. Was nice to hear as I am not in South Africa. Thank you d
I ordered a double and found it quite small for the price paid. Wish the pictures showed a better representation of size snd a better description was offered around the number of stems you get depending on size. Flowers were beautiful and fresh.
Hi there, I am so sorry to hear you were disappointed. Please know we’re looking into this and will be in touch soon to see how we can make things right.
Thank you for your patience.
The arrangement was too beautiful. I ordered a double bunch and am thrilled at the presentation. The order was placed the day before and it was delivered next day early Friday evening in the pouring rain. Thank you !
This made a special day even better. The flowers were gorgeous. I will definitely use Bloomable again. Thank you
So happy to hear your mom loved her flowers, Michele 🌸 Thank you for letting us be part of her special day!
A glorious array of colours brought deep joy to the heart of my friend who received the surprise with absolute astonishment. I am so pleased with the service received and the quality of the flowers. Bloomable never disappoint. Service is superb and consistent and reliable. Gorgeous flowers that were fitting for the occasion so mission accomplished.
Excellent packaging and delivery but the large size seems a lot smaller than advertised.
Ordered on the day from the UK, always a worry on what the quality is going to be but the flowers were delivered on time, fresh and beautiful, excellent service and I highly recommend, will use again without hesitation.
Hi Isobel,

Recipient was so thrilled with how gorgeous the arrangement was. Smelled divine too. It's wonderful to trust a brand even a continent away.
I live overseas and we sent flowers to my Mum who lives in SA. Mum was delighted with the vibrant flowers, chocolates and the hand written note containing the personal messsge from us. I cannot fault Bloomable, the delivery was on time and the chap was so caring with the delivery, bringing it into the house for my elderly mother. Check out the photo my Mum sent! Thank you for going above and beyond.
I ordered from Australia, and my mother loved the flowers - very good quality, same as picture. Will order again.
I sent this to my Sister in Law who turned 85 yesterday.
Her daughter from Switzerland was in Plet and receive it. She was amazed at the beauty and quality of the flowers and service.

The bouquet is magic. It meant so much to the person receiving it, it was vibrant beautiful flowers that were fresh. No hanging buds. And Bloomable’s service and attention to writing the card is always amazing.
One request I would love if Bloomable can do it - send a picture of the bouquet being delivered to the person sending. Some receivers never send photos and you are blind as to what was received. That would make the experience even more special.
Hi Hessie,
Thank you so much for your kind words! We appreciate it! The florist can send a photo of the bouquet if requested in the special instructions.
These were more pretty than the picture and they lasted really well!
Hi Danielle,
The blooms you selected are radiant and we're so happy you're satisfied with them.
