Flower Care Instructions

  • Trim the stems
    To keep your flowers hydrated, trim the stems at a 45-degree angle, cutting ¾ to 1 inch off the bottom. Do this every 2-3 days so the stems can take in more water, keeping your flowers fresh and vibrant.
  • Use clean water and change regulary
    Dirty water can cause bacteria to grow, shortening the life of your flowers. Refresh with room temperature water and clean your vase every 2-3 days before refilling.
  • Add flower food
    Adding flower food to the water helps prolong freshness by providing the necessary nutrients​. You can also make your own with a mixture of water, sugar, and a touch of bleach.
  • Temperature control
    Keep your flowers in a cool, stable environment, away from drafts, heating or cooling vents, direct sunlight, and sudden temperature changes. Flowers thrive in cooler temperatures (18-22°C) and avoiding heat sources or fluctuating conditions will help them stay fresh longer.
  • Remove wilting flowers and foliage
    Gently remove any dying or wilting flowers to keep your bouquet fresh . This helps prevent bacteria and mold from spreading.Also remove any leaves that sit in the water, as they can decay and contaminate the water​.
  • Avoid Fruit
    Keep your flowers away from fruit, as ethylene gas released by ripening fruit or decaying plant matter, accelerates the aging of flowers.
  • Mist the petals
    Light misting the petals and leaves can help keep them hydrated in drier environments

    Had a wonderful smooth sailing experience. I booked from Australia and everything went perfect. From the receiver “ what a beautiful bunch of flowers thank you from the bottom of my heart. Sorry the photo she send me is not half as perfect as the flowers.

    WORST SERVICE EVER

    I paid on the 17th for delivery on the 18th for a special occasion. I phoned Bloomable on the 19th to see where the order was as it was not delivered. The recipient said that someone phoned her on the 18th to tell her that they cannot deliver now but will deliver on the 18th before llam. She received her flowers on the 19th after 4pm and not at the time given. Flowers were nothing like the advert.

    Service was disgusting and the only time there was follow up was via an email not even a phone call on the 19th and thats only because I enquired.
