I was very disappointed that my delivery was late - I had specifically asked for delivery BEFORE 1pm as the recipient leaves work at 1pm. Although I got a phone call to explain, the recipient did not get my gift until Monday am as it had to be kept at the office as she had already left. She did get a phone call to say it was there - but this was really disappointing for my gift to sit in an empty office for the whole weekend.
