1 was delivered a day later than the requestes date, not a train smash this time but I can see how in for a different purpose this is not ideal.

The end result I understand on delivery and the quality of the flowers was perfect but leading up to the delivery I the purchaser was not made aware that the delivery date was changed .
I understand the recipient was unreachable but noone came back to me the purchaser to l t me know there was as a delay.
