It looks like the florist added yellow substitutes for the craspedia which were out of stock, and the sunflowers need a little time to open up and reach their full, vibrant look as they are currently still in bloom. If you give them a few days, they should start to open up more beautifully 🌻
A little tip in the meantime, keeping the stems trimmed and the water fresh will help them perk up nicely.

They were gorgeous flowers but not exactly like the picture more greenery then sunflowers if that makes sense.
