I thought all the roses would be the same colour as per the picture. Otherwise ordering online and delivery were 5 stars

Everything was perfect
My recipient was pleased with the arrangement but the picture did not match the order in my opinion. I was expecting long stemmed roses in a clear vase not arranged roses in a pink vase. So I was a little disappointed. Luckily she was happy.

Our vase images on the website are for illustrative purposes, as the exact vase is subject to what’s available with the florist at the time. The florist has confirmed that she created an arrangement of pink roses and used a pink vase, which was the available option for her.
