Hey the service is great and I appreciate the fast delivery and easy UI.
However as I believe you know, Cape Town got hit with horrible weather yesterday. I know I asked for the order to be delivered yesterday as I was unaware of the weather being in another country. But I know that for example checkers stopped doing deliveries alongside many other business.
I think making your drivers deliver on a day that is extremely dangerous for them is quite ridiculous. I understand that your drivers also perhaps want hours so they can get paid but for something that’s out of their control, you should offer some sort of pay and let them be safe.
People died on the road yesterday.
Specially in today’s world where media spreads fast, if people find out that you still made/allowed your drivers to deliver on a day like that can severely hurt your business.
I won’t be going to any type of media outlet and making this a big issue but I think it’s definitely something to consider in a freak event like that.
My Mom loved her flowers and treat.
Thank you
Brilliant quality and service
