The arrangement arrived beautifully and the flowers lasted a very long time
I was impressed that Bloomable delivered the flowers on a smallholding on the outskirts of Pretoria on the day I requested.
I was however disappointed in the size of the bouquet, I felt that I did not get good value for the R979 I spent.
Living in Australia, I have really found it hard to find a suitable service that delivers quality in both service deliver and product. I thought I would give Bloomable a try after dismal experiences with similar services. And I have been pleasantly surprised. The order process and payment were seamless and the bouquet was even better than the picture and description, bringing joy indeed to both the recipient and myself. The service was excellent and timely as always. I’ve ordered flowers three times and everytime I’ve been happy with the bouquets and service each time.
The process of ordering the flowers is very easy and the flowers arrived on the date I wanted and perfectly packaged. The only problem would be that the bouquet received looked nothing like the bouquet I chose. I understand that different seasons will mean different flowers but this bouquet had basically only the greenery in common with the picture of the flowers I chose. The bouquet was still very big and pretty but I would have liked the original way more. Just be aware.
My mum was super impressed with the beautiful bouquet. Such a great selection and such a large bouquet too! Delivery went without a hitch and overall would definitely recommend!
The bunch of flowers I ordered as per image description on the website was far from what was delivered. The quality of the flowers first delivered was also very poor and was definitely not worth the money spent. However a new bunch of flowers were delivered the next day and they were absolutely beautiful and very similar to what I initially purchased. I felt the florist took a chance with the first delivery. Would not use them again!

Most beautiful bunch I have ever seen
While the bouquet of flowers were lovely they looked absolutely nothing like the one I chose and ordered.
The flowers delivered looked great and very fresh however they didn’t look anything like the bouquet I ordered.
