Same day delivery worked well. Flowers delivered were exactly as shown on the photo. So no problems from that side. But immediately after I'd placed the order, SAflorist started pestering me with emails, advertising their specials and urging me to order other stuff. Very annoying! Received three such emails on the first day. I didn't sign up for that consciously, so probably a pre-selected check box hidden somewhere during the order process.
It's difficult trusting a company so far away when living in the UK but the service I received was outstanding & kept me informed of my order's progress regularly. My order needed to be treated urgent as the funeral was only 2 days after placing my order, they put the order on 'high priority' under the circumstances, thank you so much for your high quality customer service, will highly recommend
