Loved the bouquet, excellent customer service and ability to gift someone (through a reliable company), while I am in a different country. Person was blown away by the size of the bouquet. They initially couldn't find the orange rose and emailed me to ask if they could use a yellow one instead. An hour later I received another email to say they had found the orange rose and confirmed it had been sent. Literally next day delivery.
