My delivery was paid and scheduled a week ahead and it was delivered on the scheduled day. Flowers were of great quality but teddy was very small as compared to the picture. On the day of delivery, I received no communication if my package was out for delivery or not and it was already 1pm. Only after emailing bloomable, did Jessica confirm that the local florist is working on my order and it will be delivered. This should be an automated process. Also, the note in the card was handwritten by someone with VERY untidy handwriting and I was shocked to see my message be presented in such an untidy manner. Please can you print messages out instead. Overall, I would use them again if they iron out these creases.
