Flowers were delivered after 5pm to a business address - the recipient had obviously already left for the day. Defeats the point of receiving flowers at work.

I am living overseas, I delivered these to a friend as a sympathy gift after she lost a loved one. She was so happy with the flowers but also called me right after saying she had such a wonderful experience with the delivery and the driver was so so sweet. Being so far away I just wanted her to feel my hug from millions of KMs away and she said this delivery did just that! Thank you!

The stems were beautiful and very greatly received. The receiver was out when they were delivered and the delivery person kindly left them with someone else and even included a bucket of water so they stayed fresh!

A lot of greenery and not much flower. I also picked the medium and not small. Quite disappointing

My mum was overjoyed with her flowers! I selected "premium" and they didn't disappoint. They arrived with a great mix of in-bud and blooming. Enough to last a few weeks but not so many that the bunch looked sad and unimpressive for a few days. Would definitely order from them again! brilliant job Benmore florists!

The flowers were beautiful. The customer service was excellent! I reside in Australia and rang up to see how far off my delivery was as it was getting late (Same day delivery) they knew exactly who I was and stayed in contact right until my sister received her flowers.

Seamless process from start to finish, and the flowers were absolutely beautiful!

Whole process was fantastic! I am rating it "excellent" and not "wow" because the florist did not have the white roses, but I was impressed that I received an email notifying me of this and asking if a replacement colour could be used. A bit on the expensive side, but service was amazing :)
