Beautiful bouquet and delivered on time
The flowers are always beautiful and fresh. The service is amazing and the follow up is excellent.
So 10 days later the flowers are still in bloom save for one droopy rose. Still think expensive for the size of the bouquet. May not order again but really because of procing.

The bouquet was almost exactly like the picture and there was no issue with the delivery.

The experience from beginning to end was excellent. I called the call center to get advice on what bouquet to get my 17-year-old daughter for her birthday. The lady was spot on. The prices were far better than the competitors. The delivery was timeous as well

I was disappointed at the photograph my recipient send of her bouquet. There was little resemblance to the photo I had seen online, which was sent to me as part of my receipt. I don't believe it even contained the flowers that the service agent listed as part of that bouquet on the online chat. It looked small and cheap (and it wasn't cheap!) I'm underwhelmed. Most recipients don't let the gift giver know what they received nor send a photo. Maybe that's what you rely on?

The flower arrangement was delivered on time and in a beautiful vase.
