Hi there, I’m disappointed with my order. As you can see below my flowers received were different from the bouquet advertised. It had no Eucalyptus or the round green balls. I also didn’t want yellow in them. The main reason for ordering something specific online is to receive exactly what is advised.
Lastly the note was so unprofessionally presented in somebody’s not so neat handwriting. Expected better from an online flower delivery service. Really really brought the thought and sentiment behind it down. Definitely won’t be ordering again and will move back over to nerflorist.
Disappointing by what was sent to the recipient. A florist shouldn’t be assigned as a provider if they are out of flowers that correspond to the bouquet. Bloomable made it right though. Just a little extra work on my part to bring it to their attention.

I ordered two bouquets to be delivered to the same location. I received great service from the supplier but the bouquet wasn’t anywhere near as full or as interesting as the photo. She did tell me some flowers would be replaced but even so, I was disappointed. I’ve used Bloomable a few times and this is the first time I’ve had this experience. Happily, my mum’s a wiz at flower arrangement and rearranged both to gain some volume.
i believe this is my third order so far. i get them for my girlfriend, we are long distance and she adores the flowers. very grateful to the company.
I bought this bouquet for my girlfriend, since I’m away and can’t get her flowers in person. Unbeknownst to me, before we met my partner had been buying a single rose on a consistent basis from Bloomable, with the hopes that she would meet someone who would one day get her flowers delivered to her office. Safe to say that she cried happy tears when she got these, they looked amazing (I got sent some display photos), and when I heard the story, I was moved to tears as well. To whom it may concern,
Thank you for the lovely bouquet which was eventually delivered to my mum for her birthday on 1st November.
I would like to use you again for similar orders but I was disappointed that my mum only received her flowers at about 6pm, after I had to send an email asking when they were going to be delivered. It was her birthday that day and I was excited for her to get them (it was a surprise) , but I waited ALL day for her to let me know that they had arrived - I expected it would at least be in the morning so she could enjoy them all day and put them on her lunch table. Also, I was in the UK so I couldn't even phone to ask where they were.
As a point of feedback, could you perhaps include an extra email, on the day of delivery, letting your client know what time to expect delivery of the order. It would alleviate a lot of angst. I was also a bit disappointed that there were no orange flowers in the bouquet, as specified, especially as it was a Halloween 'boo'quet.
But thanks all for the same.
