Very reliable and efficient service and good quality, generous bunch of flowers. Only slight negative is that Delphiniums were missing. Although I realise its getting towards the end of the season for these, I had hoped these would still be available or that something with an equivalent deep purple colour wouls be included instead. Sadly the lilac roses did not, in my opinion, act as a good substitute, and this meant the bouquet did not honour its name ("Purple Yellow Velvet").

The flowers that arrived looked NOTHING like the flowers I selected. I selected an arrangement called the "purple yellow velvet" specifically because of the nice contrast of the purple and yellow flowers. The delivered arrangement had no purple flowers in it. Additionally, pale pink roses were added to the arrangement and I'm not a big roses fan, which was part of the reason why I chose the arrangement I did in the first place, because it did not include roses.

The flowers arrived on time, and were fairly good value, but I was expecting form the photo to have quite a few buds etc in the bouquet, and there were very few -- the flowers were all open already, so I don't think the bouquet will last long.
