    Ordering process was easy, gifts arrived on time and are absolutely beautiful and packaged beautifully! There was a small issue that the glass soap dish was broken which I reported to customer care, Ammaarah was the epitome of professionalism and friendly, she arranged for a replacement dish immediately and kept me updated every step of the way!
