As an Bloomable florist, any wholesale order will be put on credit on your Bloomable account. It will be deducted from your next payment.

Your credit limit will be your current Bloomable monthly balance (ie. You can't place an order for a higher value than your current monthly balance). We hope to extend this in future.

There is a standard rate of R150 for wholesale delivery. Depending on the size of your order and the area the delivery fee may increase.

If your delivery fee changes, we'll get in touch with you to approve the change before we release the order.

We source directly from reputable growers and maintain cold chain logistics to ensure the flowers stay fresh from farm to delivery.

With proper care, our flowers typically stay fresh for 5-7 days after delivery.

Yes, you can request specific flowers, and we will do our best to source them for you, depending on availability.

We receive fresh flower stock daily to ensure top quality and freshness.

Yes, we deliver nationwide across South Africa. As we're in Wholesale Beta, we're doing a limited roll out of the service.

Orders within major cities can be delivered the same day if placed before the cut-off time. For other areas, it may take 1-2 days.

Same-day delivery is available, subject to the time of order and availability of stock

The cut-off time for same-day delivery is 11:00 AM.

If your order is damaged, we will resolve it by offering a replacement, depending on the situation.

We offer a wide range of flowers, including roses, lilies, tulips, orchids, and seasonal blooms.

Yes, we offer customization based on your preferred colours, varieties, and arrangements.

If you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a replacement policy within 24 hours of delivery, provided the flowers are returned in their original condition. Please keep in mind we are dealing with perishable products.
