As a Bloomable florist, you'll find our wholesale ordering process straightforward. When you place a wholesale order, we'll add it as credit to your Bloomable account and deduct it from your next payment.
Your credit limit is set to match your current monthly Bloomable balance, which means you can order up to that amount. We're planning to extend these limits in the future.
The Bloomable team will review your order after submission. If you need more credit than what's available on your account, we'll contact you with a payment link so you can complete your purchase via card or EFT.
There is a standard rate of R150 for wholesale delivery. Depending on the size of your order and the area the delivery fee may increase.
If your delivery fee changes, we'll get in touch with you to approve the change before we release the order.
Yes, we deliver nationwide across South Africa. As we're in Wholesale Beta, we're doing a limited roll out of the service.

If there’s an issue with your order, such as damaged or missing flowers, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will get in touch with the wholesalers and replace the order or offer a refund based on the situation.
Please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your flowers, providing photos of any issues. Depending on the situation, we can arrange for a replacement, store credit, or a full refund.
